The Company's Vice President and Chief Editor, Mr. Ming Zou, will assume most of the responsibilities previously fulfilled by Ms. Liu. While Ms. Liu's resignation is effective immediately, she will continue to serve the Company as a senior strategic advisor until December 31, 2017.
